Obtaining a copy of PTC PPP program

No I'm not cambodian
I have had a bit of a search around the forum and have noticed that there are a few doing PPP program. I would like to gain a copy of this program but can't find one. Besides just going in and copying someones training journal, I was wondering who provides this program, and where I could gain a copy, purchased or otherwise.

Or maybe some kind sole who has a copy may want to share..It is sharing isn't it?

Sharing is caring, then again we wouldn't want to deprive Markos of 20 bux.. meh share and share alike I say.
