Main source for me is red meat, than protein powder and chicken about the same. I am going to start eating more chicken over the summer as its nicer cold and is a bit of a leaner meat as I eat the breasts most of the time.
 
As far as % goes, for me its probably shakes. 2 a day is 80 gms and the other 100-120 comes from a combination of red meat, chicken, tuna and milk
