relation between you bench, military press, row grip width

How is your hand spacing for these exercises:
BB row
Bench press
MIlitary press (standing)

For me, the widest is bench press, then about 4-5 inch narrower either side (jus outside shoulder width) row & military press
 
depends on the bar with me, bench i hold at the very start of the knurling, so narrow as i can,

MP i use a ezy bar, so just were the flat bit starts.
 
My bench is about an inch wider than the grip I use for MP and Rows.
EDIT: On each side I mean.

I bench and press a thumbs width from the knurling and row a little closer (otherwise elbow's flare out too much)
 
I bench at 81cm between forefingers, the maximum legal competition grip.

MP, thumb space in from the knurl.

Rows, vary all the time.
