    Default KB swings challenge

So I read a study the other day that had guys swinging a 16kg KB for 12mins. The average was apparently 265.

I was going to give it a go and see how many I get. Anyone else up for some conditioning. You know, so you don't get puffed out walking up the stairs

    thank you Mr Rippetoe

Yeah mate, 16kg. I'm pretty sure I'd have to write a suicide note prior to attempting to swing my 32kg for 12mins

May give it a shot though I am out of touch from my old days. Any specific rules!

I'd say bell must reach parallel (i.e. shoulder height) for a rep to count
