ketosis sticks

7 days into my keto state now and i used the keto sticks as below.
If im reading it right im in a mild state of ketosis (im reading the dark parts of that blotch ) Ill prob stay off the carbs for another 3 days..

Just some questions ofr the more knowledgeable guys.. Ive used them before and ive found it to be somewhat accurate.

- Im wondering what u guys think of them? ( i know they are not accurate but just used as a guildline)..
- Best time to use them?

Best time I found was first AM pee, I only used them for a week or when making diet changes.

thanks deep.. ive read from med journals it should be first thing in morn as certain foods do put the reading off..

I like em. Gotta get some today as I'm 4 days into keto and starting to feel some sides effects. Honna wait till next weekend for some carbs

Absolutely. I had problems deciphering when my ketones had been exhausted because the sticks wouldnt measure any ketones but my carbs would average under 30g....

i ahd to ring around 10 different chemists and get them oerdred in as most were out of stock lol..

WTF.. either there are alot of diabetics or lost of people dieting

i got them at the 2nd chemist i went to today, 1st one was out. piss test was light pink, im happy.
