What are some good aisles/foods for a bodybuilder?

How can a bodybuilder be sure he bought food that will meet his nutritional needs?

I don't go myself, but wife picks up these sorts of food:

Heaps of those 95gm tins of tuna
Chicken

Pasta
Lots of vegies

Lots of other stuff too, can't think of them all.

Buy chicken breasts
buy Lean red meat
buy fish if you like it

Look around for meat on special, as all bodybuilders need large quantities of meat try to buy in bulk. Ask the butcher you like if they will reduce the price if you buy a few hundred dollars worth etc.
Alternatively, if you shop at wollies or ALDi etc, and live close to one, buy the meat that's reduced for consumption that night, that would save lots over time.
At the end of the day, buy the best and cleanest food your budget allows and don't feel silly asking for a discount.....remember, if you don't ask you don't get.

a wise man once told me,
in a supermarket dont walk down the aisles.

Vegie, Meat and dairy are all around the edges.. no need to walk down an aisle.
