Meals are spaced every 3 hrs,

9am - 180gms chicken or tuna, brocolli
12pm - 180gms chicken, brocolli,
3pm - canned chicken or tuna 185gm
6pm - 180gms chicken/meat/fish salad or vegies

I have 2 kids and train at 7:30 ish at night, after work have to bath, feed and put kids to bed. Train immediately after that feeling tired.
Any suggestions
Thanks

Your eating at 6 anyway so you don't need anything else before your workout if you don't want to.

Yep 6 pm meal is your preworkout. Some people would suggest some carbs with that meal but it don't really matter

Thanks
Was just wondering whether enough carbs in diet, but have bought preworkout powder, to have just before.
