Just wondering if you guys read any magazines and can recommend any as there is s lot of fitness mags out there!
Looking for a down to earth style magazine without all the bullshit advertising and bullshit programs.

Done a quick search but can never realy find things with my iPhone when using the search function.

Any good books would be good to, cheers kb.

No magazines. They all suck big weiner.

Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe is an awesome book, especially for the beginner gym-goer.

ppfff good luck with that , i skim over the mags at the news agents ,they are all the same , 75% advertising ,

Yep, I agree with the above.....bb mags are just an ad-fest and redundant these days anyway, with the internet.

Some articles are interesting, it's quite useful to read muscle and fiction magazines, do read them and then do the opposite.
