Hey

Just wondering if anybody has used this pre-workout before and what they thought of it? I have never tried a pre - workout before because I am a beginner and dont believe you need one, you should be able to motivate yourself enough for a good intense workout. The only reason I am asking is because they have it on sale at the health shop for $35 which is atleast half price off. Im thinking of buying it and just selling it to a mate if i decide not to use it myself. Thoughts anyone?
 
Does not even have Beta Alanine or creatine.

It's caffeine and Arginine basically with some minerals.

I hate balance products, they are overpriced.
