I gain no benfeit from it.

I tried it alone this time with no other variables.
I get no bloat that some people get, I don't get the size or strength gains. (I gained strength size just the same without creatine)

I have now tried 3-4 different types, Mono (2-3 times), Ethyl Ester, Orotate and Creatine Magnesium Chelate all with zero results.

All these for a minumum of 6-8 weeks. The last batch of Mono was only a few weeks ago, still nothing.

I can safely assume now i am a non-responder.

Oh Well....
 
i too have found nothing with creatine that helped it, although it is near impossible to tell.
 
Yep I finished one jar of creatine and never bought one again.....no effect on me that I could notice.

Currently just use whey and powereded oats when neccessary...

When I start to plateau

I will use Jack 3d and Beast Creature Creatine for 6 weeks and then stop again...
