I realise i am a little late to the party but i agree with this ^. Never been in a workplace relationship myself but have known a few people who have done and the results were never pleasant. It got to the point where the two employees worked on different job sites and would 'tip-off' management to perform 'random' drug tests at the site there ex partner was working at that day.

That is a fairly broad statement that applies to pretty much all situations, and I agree.

My main point is things can get nasty. It is not helpful if any relationship ends badly but it is especially worrying if a relationship with someone in the workplace ends badly.
