The best way to get carryover for the bench press is to dip until the shoulders start to shrug up. The lats then get brought into play to recover from the low position and the sequence of contraction from lats to pecs to delts to triceps is just like a properly executed bench press.
 
I keep an upright torso to target the triceps. I'll usually do them towards the end of a pushing day with just body weight. Usually get about 3x 15-16 at 78kg BW.
