H2H Training Centre Adelaide - Whats going on

I hope you're not planning on any female clients because if they read your blog they may decide against it.

Ironcilly, most of the girls who read, find it rather refreshing that I don't hide behind a fake smile.

Is the rack in those videos the bodysolid one from Befit?

If it is, what do you think of it?

Yep it sure it. We also have one at Fuzz's Cave and they are holding up pretty well. The only problem I found, is you need to either bolt or weigh it down if you want to do TRX work or Chins and so on.

Rob shaved 20 seconds of his 25 tire flips time

Mel pulled 85 off the floor (same deal, newbie never trained before)

Karren has secured the Adelaide MTB Club championship with a few rounds to go. She also pulled 65 & Benched 45! (not bad for a 55kg endurance athlete)

Dave got some scans on his shoulder & it confimed its an impingement (I could have told him that) He continues not to do he rehab exercises :D

The next part of my Olympic lifting alternatives I look at the Hi-Pull. This is the kind of movement you can perform to improve:

- Sprint starts
- Deadlift & Squat speed
- Neuromuscular activation
- Shoot & Sprawl ability
