First question is i bloat heaps as soon as i have breakfast and water, i wake up with a flat stomach then it just bloats a lot?

Second, currently eating at maintenance but not really seeing any change, has anyone done this for 3 months and had success? (drop body fat, stay same weight)

1. Do you eat a lot of fibre in the morning for breakfast?

2. Eating at maintenance will keep you the same (ie maintaining). You wanna shed BF, you need to eat below maintenance (ie in deficiet) but maintain your protein intake on the higher side and keep lifting heavy. If you do it slowly, you shouldn't have any noticable drops in strength (and muscle mass). If you make a drastic cut in calories, then you will probably feel weaker and push less weight, lose BF and probably lose some muscle mass as well.

Wrong huggy.. eating at maintenance will keep you the same, if you sleep all day and do no activity. eating at maintenance, and doing 1 hr of walking or training will burn calories and take you under maintenance.. I have been eating at what i think is close to maintenance and only increased the tempo of my workouts and do a bit of cardio here and there.. weight is still dropping ever so slightly and bf still going down.

Breakfast is - 2 toast with peanut butter
250ml milk
40g protein with 50g super fine oats.

I think i must just drop 50g oats from morning. Ill just do a 6 week cut to hopefully drop down my bodyfat and my stomach. Its around 33-35 inches :(

I take eating at maintenance to include your physical activity to a degreee - won't be an exact sciene but pretty close. Its not like we are on obeseanonymous.com here, we are all working out and that should be factored into your eating.

I have a terrible bloating problem. It seems to come and go. Some foods I know set me off, but I haven't been able to nail down any meaningful list. At the moment I'm doing well, I think next time I have a major flare up I'm gonna go to a specialist. My bloating is the worst I've ever seen. Some times I will literally look about 5 months pregnant. It's no joke...

Something maybe worth considering is looking at your stools. Pale and floating stools are the tell tale symptom of malabsorption and bile salt problems. Or atleast that's what the internet tells me...

Well, my bloating isn't as bad as yours.

Mate sounds like your gluten intolerant

Yeah im dropping milk from breakfast as of now. How can you tell if your gluten intolerant, just by bloating?

Nic is right.

Drop all gluten from your diet.. i would be surprised if that is not the culprit.

spot on mate

haven't noticed any difference. I took 2 servings a day didn't do anything now down to 1 serving a day meh.

I only bloat on wpc and more so on the cheap protein rather than bulk nutrients.
