Also whats this 'insulin spike' to help put on 'mass' stuff about??

Insulin is an anabolic hormone which has the role in the human body of regulating blood glucose levels. It is released when there is a spike in blood glucose levels, in order to rid the blood of excess glucose levels and maintain homeostatis. It does this by directing glucose and amino acids in the blood to where they are needed. Hence the insulin spike helps to accelerate the "feeding" process to your muscles, promoting recovery and supercompensation

i have my cheat meal on sundays, not for that bro science about metabolism. just because ive been craving the whole week and its a treat to myself for staying on track.

last sunday was - $4 Worth of chips (fishNchip shop) 2 potato cakes, 1 crab stick, Half a roast chook and half a block of cadburys rocky road chocolate

pretty damn satisfied.

Last time i was reading, depending on the diet. Refeeding and glycogen replacement was far from "cockscience"

I don't go ballistic but on the weekends i relax my eating. Still eat regular meals but may get a pie for lunch or maccas for breaky.

During the week its quite strict.

If i drink its once a week and only 2-3 drinks.
