1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Powder
1/2 Cup Plain Oatmeal

Total Calories: 395
Carbs: 59 grams
Protein: 40 grams
Fat: 6 grams

Here is the trick: the oatmeal is the instant kind that's really cheap. I make it in the microwave with exactly 1/2 the water it calls for and then store it in the fridge overnight so it's cold in the morning.

I first put the milk in the blender, then break off pieces of the oatmeal pie, blend that then add the Whey.

You can add frozen fruit, flax-oil, or peanut butter if you want to bump up the calories.
