n00bs hCG diet...

As of today i hit 110kg..

Been interested in proving or disprovingt his protocol for myself.

So i am going to attempt it for 30days.

500cal daily. 125iu hCG daily... No weight trianing.

Supplement with L-glutamine..

Only exercise will be walking or recreaitonal swimming.

I know my 1rms and am interested to see how they budge. Goal is 90kg...

Will post pics and measurements before and after.

Today i start loading (i.e eating everything ican with fat in it till i burst.)

Im interested to see how your 1rms go... if you lose 20kg in 30 days id imagine your 1rms are goign to go down the shitter. U will be lucky to squat 3 wheels in my opinion.
 
But only eating 500 cals a day must fuck with ur hormones...

Im just interested to see what happens... I will be training forever i will get back anything i loose (except fat).
 
Make sure you post pics I'm interested to see what happens. 500 cals a day sounds like a bloody nightmare.

I just cut back to 2500 cals. Lasted 2 days.
 
What. The. Fck. What would Pete say if he hard about this? Lol.

You better make sure every calorie of that 500 comes from protein.
 
lol i couldn't last for 1 day with 500 calories, good luck :)

wouldn't it be easier to just take it slower and keep your muscle? after all it took a long time to to get to where you are.
 
a guy I know that was on a 1700cal per day diet (losing 0.5kg per week at 86.5kg) decided to do 1000 cals per day this week starting Monday morning.

Tuesday afternoon he fainted on the train on the way home.

Please be careful.
