Long term strength and physique goals

no idea. i've seen that photo floating around some of the other forums. it could be some athlete, not sure. not sure if natural either.

These get lame. I'll keep pushing myself until I break, and I don't know how/when it's going to happen.

The only thing I shoot for is bodyfat. I'd like to be 8-10% for health/comfort reasons.

My goal is just to look good, to have an impressive physique. No particular strength goals.

My long term goal is to still be lifting in the long term. The guys on the forum who've been training for 10-15 years or more....I wanna be in the same boat down the track. If I can achieve that and be consistent along the way I reckon I'll achieve at least fair to good results. The 2 biggest obstacles would be motivation and injury. The first hasn't been a problem yet, the second I've gotta be smart about. I'd be mighty pissed off to be put out of action for 6 months or so.

Not gonna happen Ghosty unless you have thousands of spare dollars floating around.

Nice goal though. Wouldn't mind looking like that myself.

you guys better start getting into the anabolic world if u want to look like that........ a few cycles of test prop/var/stan/tren shodl get you pretty close if you have a clean diet and lift consistently.
