International Protein or P-Tech

Hello All,

First post here so hope it's in the right spot..

I'm after the best protein for muscle building. I have been told (and currently use) International Protein's Extreem Mass. It is vanilla and is really nice.

Currently on holidays in NSW and a Suppliments shop said for me to try P-TEch's Massive.

The Massive seems to have less protein but e guy from this shop said Massive is better for me to build massive mussels. Hence the pun on the name.

I know there are heaps of different proteins out there for pre workouts etc but I have a very tight budget.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

QLD Firey.

If your actually after the best protein for muscle building you want high protein food. Milk, eggs and meat. No protein powder will match these, it is just a convenience, you don't need it.

If you actually want protein powder find a good brand that is cheap with minimal shit added to it.

On a tight budget I would skip the protein powder and have milk pre post workout. Actually I would still do that if money was no object.

If you're on a tight budget buy online from a bulk supplier. You'll save heaps and can get flavoured or unflavoured. Honestly you won't notice a difference in how much muscle you pack on due to which protein powder you use, like the guys above me have said it mainly comes down to your food intake.
