i think i paid 41$ for a "equivalent" of on, and its 1kg.

used to get the big baggy of on, but can't afford it anymore tbh :(
 
IMO just eat fish
No need for powder

If you don't like to eat pre-workout then 10-15g of BCAA with 50g rice flour and 30g maltodextrin and a tablespoon of nut butter and cinnamon to flavour works incredibly well
