morning everyone Tempo here to wake you all up with some questions for the morning

I have a set of barbell, and dumbbells that my dad go for me from "work" i think that he is dropping some hints, i'm after some exercises that will work out my calves, hamstrings, glutes and quads using just the above equipment. At the moment I'm doing squats.

The best exercises you can do for legs with barbell/dumbbells are:

Squats
Barbell Deadlifts
Dumbbell deadlifts
Stiff leg deadlifts
Dumbbell lunges
One leg calf raise with dumbbell

Can also do:

Sumo deadlifts
Plie squats
Good mornings
Barbell lunges
