Poo had started some odd threads, I thought he was up for a laugh, he struck me as a funny guy.

I dont think Alvin did anything untoward, either did Scott. Maybe it was poor timing, Poo may have had other shit going on.

Hope he comes back once he calms down.

I can understand where the OP is coming from, but heck, compared to some of the stuff we all say around here it's G-rated. That's what i like about AusBB. We can all joke around and have a good laugh after.

This is a bodybuilding/powerlifting forum, you'd expect the members to be physically and mentally tough, so i thought.

He did seem like he liked a laugh, but yes maybe something else was going on. He may have brought up kickbacks but he did rep out 30kg on them, not bad really.
 
Thats it I am PM'ing Shrek about you!!!! Some people go a bit far, not naming any names but some like to insult others. I just ignore it myself if it happens to me but I don't like it happening to others.
 
Dave, your kickbacks are sub-par and I mock your integrity because of it. Infact I would go as far as to say your burpee challenge is ridiculous and should've been a kickback challenge if only to bring up it's sub-parness, making it only mediocre!
