I have been hearing about this "eating for your blood type" diet more and more from people who don't exercise and tell me "ohh you shouldn't be eating that, you should eat specificaly for your blood type" and was just curious as to what you guys think?

I am just reading up on it now as it is getting pretty annoying hearing about it yet don't know about it...

The Blood Group Diet Review

Cheers

Follow a diet that’s designed specifically for your blood group and you’ll lose weight, feel healthier and lower your risk of many diseases.
At least, that’s what Dr Peter D’Adamo, naturopath and creator of the Blood Type Diet claims in his book Eat Right For Your Blood Type

Realisticly humans have evolved a bit over the last few hundred generations. These would only be around 300 genes, which is less than 1% of our total make up.

I'm unsure if we've evolved enough tho for our dietary needs to be dictated by our genetic code. There are communities that deal with omega fats better than others (for example Eskimos), since they've spent scores and scores of generations living on fat and protien from fish and other sea animals.
