I don't get it, sorry?
I think he was insinuating you were Powerbuilder posting under a new name. I.e. Edd Zachery disease, the old joke = "Exactly" play on words.

Joke goes something like this...

Woman walks into a Doctor and says Doc, I can't seem to get laid, what's the go? Do I have a disease?
Doc says nude up and lets have a look.
Woman nudes up.
Doc says, now get down on all fours and crawl towards me.
Woman complies.
Doc says now turn around and crawl the other way.
Woman complies.
Doc says, very bad. Worst case of Edd Zachery disease I ever saw.
Woman says, Edd Zachery disease? What's that?
Doc says, Edd Zachery disease? Simple, your face look Edd Zachery like your arse. ;)

Cheers,
Mike

Too funny. Double bodyweight squats are above my current 1RM. 20 times? Tell him he's dreaming...

Nice goal though. ;)

Cheers,
Mike

If you place your arm down by your side you'll note the lower arm angles away from the torso.

so to make the preacher curl a good exercise as opposed to a bad one, place you upper arms inline with the shoulder, that way there is no restrictions within the movement.
