PCT diet and training programs

Just interested in what people who have used gear have done for their PCT in regards to how they modify their training. I'm starting PPP with four sessions a week, no cardio, keeping diet nice and clean and trying my very best to sleep allot. I see that as being the basics of it but just curious as to what experiences people have had with their PCT as well.

My old training partner used to just train the same and went by how he felt if he was feeling tired and run down then he would just decrease the workload. Everyone re-acts different I guess.

Your ability to recover will be reduced so you must reduce your volume and or frequency of training.
Does not mean you have to reduce intencity though.
