Im not sure if this is the correct place but here goes,

I need help with my form.
Please comment!

Dead lift feels completely wrong. I read somewhere, you know if your doing deads right, if you feel strain on your legs and upper back. Now im feeling strain on my lower back so its completely wrong hey.
I know for squat I need to get down lower. I will try again with lighter weights

Thats only a 1/4 squat mate. You want to be going well under parallel.
Deadlift doesnt look that bad, just that your rounding.
 
Quarter squat, can you squat all the way down without or with minimal weight? Try it out and put up a video.

You look like you are rounding your lower back. I'll post up some links to good form so you can compare yourself to them. Sticky has some nice deep squats in his log, check it out.
