When doing lat pull downs i do them to the front i'm always trying to keep my form correct , but no matter what i do i don't feel it in my lats or for that matter my biceps either ?

What are some common errors done while doing lat pull downs?

you could be using your arms more than your lats, pefect your form of pulling weights with your lats switch down to a lighter weight just until you perfect the movement

Bruce,

What sort of grip and bar/attachment are you using on the pulldown machine?

Where *do* you feel it?

Concentrate on just using your hands as hooks over the bar and pull down from your elbows.

Also, try some stiff arm pulldowns and dumbbell pullovers, these will really squeeze your lats.

thanks for the tips and suggestions
might give those stiff arm pulldowns and dumbbell pullovers a bash
