A question of endurance (STAC related).

Here's a question that I need to answer for my strength & conditioning course. I'm not sure what to write down, so i've sent an email to my trainer asking if I'm on the right track (with my answer obviously). I thought it would strike up some interesting discussion here.

An athlete has three different endurance training sets, each lasting a total of 5 minutes, two with 15 second work intervals & another one with 6 seconds worth of work. Which session stresses aerobic endurance, lactic acid tolerance endurance & alactic endurance?
  1. Run 45m in 6 sec's: Rest 54 sec's x 5 reps (alactic endurance?)
  2. Run 75m in 15 sec's: Rest 15 sec's x 10 reps (lactic acid tolerance)
  3. Run 90m in 15 sec's: Rest 45 secs x 5 reps (aerobic endurance)
My answers are in the brackets. Am I on the right track?
