If you are working out on a day-to-day (or 3-4 times a week) basis you need to take supplements. Never the less you don’t need the top-of-the-line muscle building supplement that guarantees success in one month. Remember, the better it sounds, the more it goes for your money. If it’s too good to be true, most likely it’s not.

Trust me you don’t need extra Growth hormone (HGH), steroids or other similar chemical hormone stimulant supplements. If you work out correctly, use the right supplements and keep your routines and exercises proper, the body will manufacture every hormone that you would have injected.

totally agree, we have a supplement store and the amount of young people coming up to me and asking about the latest craze because its guaranteed results.... first thing i ask them is "how much do u eat" usually get the same answer "heaps" you ask for a sample of a meal and its nothing.
