How much muscle before starting plyometrics?

Current routine;

3x14 Pull-Ups
3x10 Millitary Press
1x10 Barbell Lunges [added the 30kg Barbell only today]

1x40 Push-Ups [over the next month I will get this back up to 80]
3x14 Chin-Ups
3x10 Barbell Squats
1x20 Bench-Press

I've also gotten into the habit of playing basketball often... on average 4.324 times a week.

Please feel free to suggest modifications to my routines [I do them alternating days].

BTW: You may of noticed that my routines are relatively short, compared to how they used to be. This was purposeful, so if you have any additions/modifications to recommend for my routines, please keep in mind that having short routines is paramount.
