How come I don't have a 'Subscribe" thingy under my name. Aren't members allowed to follow my posts?? :(
 
you do it via your "usercp"

To the left look for the heading of "Networking " in their you will see "subscribed" which tells you is who subscribed/following you " and "subscribe to " subscribe is the one you click to put the name of the person/s you want to follow
