I'm glad you made this thread noobs, I was reading up on the same stuff recently.

It's actually come from a study I'm looking at with regards to physical and mental health - a more holistic approach, so to speak.

I've ordered what fadi posted on the first page - Paradise Herbs, ORAC-Energy Greens along with a combination of the seaweeds you mentioned and a bee pollen.

Can't wait to get into all this now.

Whats better the energy greens Fadi pointed out, or spirulina are they not similair?

Are they just used as an added boost to daily serve of fruit and veg, my old trainer,
kept pushing me towards them, but I never gave them a go,

Im looking at doing another Iherb order, so a question or 2 while im at it,

There much cheaper than local prod,

was looking at Vit c caps, Possibly spirulina or fadi's energy greens,

if wheat grass is available at woolies itd be cheaper to buy it there id guess.

    1. what serve of wheatgrass daily is suggested + is it only usefull when trying to drop
    weight?

    2. If taking fadi's super greens or spirul is vit c needed, or is it covered in the super greens?

    3. Im already taking quite a few supps, vits, so try and simplify as much as possible,
are super greens worth it, im guessing if fadi takes them daily they are?

also is there an alternative to energy greens orac brand, ive looked on oz ebay, as even iherb are quite expensive for
    this, 54$ for 60 serves = 60 days.
    cheers guys

I think i have tried every single thing in your list. Except the bee pollen and royal jelly, because it is so dangerous for people with allergies. (Can cause death - be really sure before you take it).

I have also tried beetroot powder, flaxseed oil, and olive leaf extract / capsule form or the oil. Olive leaf extract is amazing. It's a fix it all type thing like garlic.

I have grown organic barely grass and wheat grass and ran it through my juicer every day. - My god that stuff is nasty when you are having the pure straight stuff, not watered down. Almost anyone i challenged to do a shot would vomit. It takes a fair bit of grass to get a shot also. It grows easy though.

Spirulina you can get in powder or capsule form, the powder is pretty nasty on it's own, but with the capsules you could be taking 5-15 a day! Easier to make up a juice and add a scoop of the stuff in there.

I've had Maca gold too, powder and capsule form. (Women with menopause take this but i wanted to try it lol)

My opinion is that you should pick 1 or 2 things and stick with those. Don't be taking maca, chlorella, spirulina, heart wine, +++++ 100 other things.

I think alot of people could benefit from vit b12 injections. Great for people feeling run down, tired... and even helps with depression.

Have to say i also like Sandra Cabots Livatone - powder or capsule form. I like her books and her products. I have tried every weight loss pill known to man and the one i felt helped the most was her "Metabocel"

Also like Schuessler Tissue Salts - cheap

What else? Inner health plus !

Can't go past an easyio yogurt maker. So cheap and you can make your own probiotic yogurts. Protein and nutrients right there. Cheaper than taking inner health plus or those yakult milks. Everyone should have an easyio.

    That's my 10cents worth

Almost forgot... manuka honey!... and biotta juices

Aloe juice! A bottle of that lasts forever, great for IBS.

Some things you need to be careful with because they can make your heart go crazy. Like Gurana powder.
