Just wondering is there a limit on how much sugar we can consume each day? Most of the sugar I eat comes from fruit, milk & yoghurt.

But say if I take a post workout creatine drink like Celltech Hardcore, it packs in 75 grams of dextrose. Is drinking this healthy?

What is health? This is what you need to define for yourself, muscles strength do not always equate to health. Just an image of one..

Your muscles are needed replenishment of glycogen after training, glucose as you know is a simple sugar, it increase insulin levels. Insulin drives those nutrients into cells needed for growth and repair... Now if you have not trianed insulin directs this energy if it is not used to fat cells for fat storage, however if you are trianign properly and consistantly it is being guided to much needed muscle tissue...

Weather ot not the amount will afect you perosnaly inregard to insulin sensitivty depends on your health condition overall and hormone levels.

It is better to by creatine monohydrate and mix with dextrose as it is cheaper so you can be more consistant with taking it..

If you are limiting the intake of refined sugars and flours in your diet then it should be no problem as long as you are training right.
