Well if the grain industry says grains are good then they must be, no way they would be biased towards people eating grains.
I like how their reporting was stated as 'eat more wholegrains', but it did not specifically say REPLACE your white bread and pasta with wholegrains though that is what they did for their research. Obviously doing that would be healthy than chowing down on ultra processed grain foods. Lovely marketing spin using biased research methods to get your product the healthy tick of approval.
