So i bought a tub of "DYMATIZE" BCAA Complex 5050 the other day and im wondering when is the best time to take it????

It says take 1-3 teaspoons per day before food.

Now i weight train 4 days a week and ive been taking 1 teaspoon (5gm)
only on training days half hour before my workout.

Is this the correct time or should it be after training?? And am i taking enough as it is quite expensive and dont want to really be taking it on non training days if its not going to be any benifet to me.
 
Take 5 gms before and during workout and then 5 gms on completion.

Should have bought bulk EAA's, heaps cheaper, from fitness central or bulk nutrients.
