i am not familiar with the AFL finals system, but yes the NRL system is not the best, there was talk of changing it at one point.
its in the pile with many other small facets of the game that need to be revised
 
Panthers were disappointing. They will loose again next week.

Tiger's v Rooster's was a great game going into golden point.

yea the amount of field goal attempts and then the intercept in the 17th min of overtime to take the win and stay in the finals, an impressive effort by the roosters.

and with the 2 upsets (raiders & roosters), warriors are now out of the finals contention.
 
And if by some miracle the Sea Eagles win the Tigers are goooooooooooooooooone maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate

Unbelievable, when i watched this game i couldn't believe it. The roosters didn't even play that well and they beat the titans pretty easily. Did the titans even play? Seems like all they were doing was running straight into the defense time and time again. Worst semi-final ever?
 
Agreed, after the first 20 mins The Rooster's were never in doubt despite not playing really well. Shame Titans shame.
