Looking for Mass Gain Sup

Pura (light start) yellow label , its available in almost all servos ,delis and supermarkets here in perth. Pura have one called (tone) real light blue label , im sure its got like 0.25g of fat per serv ,witch is only 2g of fat per 2 liters, for the same 80g of protein and 3200kjs per 2 liter serv but when im bulking i dont mind the extra fat, it makes the milk taste,,,,,,,well more like milk,lol.

If you think that "normal milk" is all milk that comes out of daisy the cow and is shipped to you think again...

Drink organic unhomoginised milk, the goal is to eliminate as much processed food as possible and milk has become one of those...
 
your totally right noobs ,and no i dont think my milk comes straighht from the cow but for me its a convience thing .
 
If your serious about gaining weight start eating at least 6 meals throughout the day. Also consume plenty of carbs (e.g pasta, potatoes etc..). Combine this with around 2g of protein per kg of body weight and weights training and you'll be gold!

p.s while your training make sure you use correct technique, if it means going lighter then do it. You will have better gains.

Peanut butter and banana lightly toasted sandwiches.

At least 6 meals per day.
