As one of these PT's who doesn't even lift, today I saw one of my female clients deadlift a little more than her bodyweight with reasonable form (wasn't keeping the bar against her legs, but her back was set and she had a good setup and lockout) for an easy set of 5. This was her third time doing deadlifts. This evening, I saw my other two female clients overcoming the fear girls everywhere have of barbells as they learned barbell box squats, bench press and block pulls. Finished them off with some hex bar carries, which will help them manage their diet tomorrow, because you can't consume too many calories if you can't lift food to your face.
