Hello guys,
Im doing another study looking at the acute effects of intensity (high vs low) on muscle fatigue. Both intensity's will be taken to failure several times to see how the body response to the accumulated fatigue in order to allow you to keep exercising.
It will be at UWS campbelltown. I will need you for three sessions (1.5 hrs long), each separated by 4-7 days. It will involve the left quad and an isometric knee extension, with some electrical stimulation.
all participants must be resistance trained for greater than a year, MALES only (sorry ladies)
Please contact me by email at harryfinn99@hotmail.com if you want more information
I need participants, this study is cool and will better explore a otherwise poorly explored topic.
