For the people that keep a close eye on your calorie intake do you write things down daily or use a spread sheet?
I have a list of all the calories and proteins of the food I consume but it is just scribbled down in a note book. And I never get around to working out and adding up all my meals. So I just get a round about figure at the end of the day. A guess really....
A spread sheet would be easier. How do you do it?
