But they were allowed to run once they'd served their suspensions, and certainly nobody would think of banning Bolt just because some team-mate had tested positive. Channel 7 News are proclaiming Bolt's victory as "a victory for clean sport worldwide" ie Bolt beat twice convicted doper Gatlin.

Come on don't give them a hard time, they tried their best, at least they got to compete in the Olympics so they should be really happy with that and if by chance they got a bronze medal well that's just icing on the cake.
Because it's not all about winning you know.
 
Many an athlete's perfomance improvements have come to a screeching halt once they went to the AIS and consulted with experts.
 
Sooo many poor performances from the Aussies.
The swinming we know, but no cycling golds (usually good for 1 or 2), both hockey teams will not medal or even make semi's, more than likely no track and field gold usually good for 1 or 2 (Hooker, Sally recently)
 
Glad Michelle Jenneke didn't do anything in her Heat. Bundled out easily. Now we don't have to watch that stupid dance of hers which was obviously designed to garner attention and publicity which it did.

It's made her a lot of money which is smart because her running isn't going to.
