Good page..

I am

Press- advanced
Bench- intermediate (just off advanced)
Power clean- novice (just started doing these, was 5lbs off intermediate)
Squat- intermediate
Deadlift- intermediate

All of the intermediates I'm not far off advanced, will hit them this year!!

hmm.

puts me at:
press: novice
bench: intermediate
squat: intermediate (closing in on advanced)
deadlift: advanced (will go elite this year accirding to this. but i disagree, seems to low).

Weight 120 pounds
Squat 90kgs/198lbs - advanced
Bench 50kgs/110lbs - advanced
Deadlift 110kgs/242lbs - Elite ;)

Bahahahaha yeah right, I think I made a mistake....

Geez this changed a bit...

Finally crept into the intermediate on all lifts apart from power clean. Not part of my routine. I'm on the low end of intermediate but am proud I made it. :)

Hi guys,

despite my age (44) I am totally new to PL. I have 20+ years experience in other sports including some in BB but it is new to me.

My 'entry' levels are now (at 88kg bodyweight):

bench: 130 (paused) (PB: 170kg -was 10 years ago)
squat: 140 (PB: 180 -was 10 years ago)
dead lift: 180 (never tried before)

As I see they are all intermediate levels with a couple of kg far from advanced.

I want to develop in all by learning the proper technique + gain more strength, up to:

b: 150+
s:160+
d:220+

Do you reckon it is a realistic goal within 6 months? Thx for any reply and advice.

198 class. Would rather fill out this class than drop down

Press 132 novice . Haven't tested this for a while.
Bench 220+ intermediate
Squat 264+ beginner lol
Deadlift 418+ almost advanced

Few months they'll all be intermediate at least
