This is my off day from training, but I hate sitting around so:
Power Clean into Thrusters: 40kg x 3 reps x 20 sets, 20 second break

Good cardio!! #crossfit4life. lol

Just did a shitload of squats working up to some doubles and volume up to 3 sets of 12.
Good to get under the bar again.

training will be legs today, considering i dropped about 3.5 kg and didnt train all last week coz of illness should be an interesting session...

Trained chest today, focusing all movements on upper chest/ incline.

still not doing heavy weights as I work my way around my shoulder injury and imbalance.

You know you can't isolate upper chest, you just add more front delt into it.

Have you tried decline? When I had an aggravated shoulder the declines felt the least amount of pain (almost none).

Tonight:
Back
Barbell Rows - 4 x 6
Pull Ups - 3 x failure
Cable Row - 3 x 10
Supplementary Quad workout:
Fr Squat - 4 x 10
Leg Extension - 3 x 15

Even worse.

my shoulder issues stem from over engaging my traps, instead of target muscle.

for some reason with incline work I can keep my scapula pinned and involve less trap and delt
