    Sup

I'd say we're all busy training instead of posting guys... Something you should be doing too, no? Instead of web surfing for pictures of huuuuge knockers? ;):p

    Females Deadlifting

Hi bunny. I pull conventional, that’s the way I was taught - have tried sumo a couple of times but it’s never felt right for me. Even training conventional I still do a fair bit of acccessory work for back & hams: SLDL (heavy), weighted hyperextensions, lat pulls, t-bar rows, seated rows, chins...

    Caffeine

Slightly off topic since there's no caffeine content but Kaz you should try Schweppes mineral water and Xtend - it bubbles and fluffs up like Salvital (if you've ever had that stuff?) tastes just like a soft drink only better for you since it's a proper training supp :)

    The Thread About Running....

Hey guys, I run a fair bit, better at long distance than intervals. I usually run between 6-8kms in about 35-40mins, more often on the treadly at gym than outdoors now that it's winter. There is a good 6km track near where I live that I run occassionally when it's not wet, was doing this a...

I Have Hit The Training Wall

It's revolutions per minute - the group cycling classes where you burn up to 800 cals per session or something. Think they're about 45mins long, a friend of mine teaches. Most gyms with group classes offer it. Hey Josie, Goodluck with it all! :) Edit: Whoops OK maybe not "revs per minute"...

Hey ben, thats crap news, I wondered what had happened to the Fuz. Looking forward to PTC Adelaide whenever it happens though :) Will be glad to finally give the commercial gyms the flick. On another note for the guys, husband (bradws) trains at Limbo, and reccommends it.

    Squat Flexibility

Hey there Recently I was taught a few techniques, one being to practice actually sitting in the squat position for a couple of minutes several times a day and focus on pushing your knees out. i.e sit kind of like a frog, all the way down with your butt tucked in and close to the ground. You...

    xwifex's 2012 Body Transformation Contest

I think you are very brave, in fact all the girls on here are for putting their bodies out there. I think I'm the only woman who hasn't put any pics up -far too self concious, so I admire you guys. You are doing really well and looking hot in that dress pic lady! Just keep at it, this isn't an...

    Larissa Reis Appreciation Thread

I was just curious what it consists of as deeps shoulders are looking pretty good. I won't be doing much other than beginners strength for awhile yet, but it's good to have a range of info for a bit later on down the track :)

I wouldn't mind her butt TBH :) What is the shoulder routine like? Your latest pics show some great definition, so I'm guessing it's working?
