    Wrist pain

    yeah id recommend getting it checked, my cousin had a broken wrist after falling off a fence, he didnt worry about it till after 1 month it still hurt and he got it checked up and said it was broke :( it happened at the beginning of the year and still hasnt gotten the operation cos it keeps...

    Beginner program!!!!!??? WHAT TO DO!?!!!

    id recommend doing starting strength alongside a solid eating plan. Id say at least 3000+ calories for a start and do the program from 2-3months, untill you stall twice on your squat. GL!
