    Box / platform for stiff legged deadlifts

    Hi guys, I need to find something to stand on to do stiff legged deadlifts. I am not against making it either and have any tool that would be required. However I'd rather just buy something Ideally, it would put the bar at toe level when it is loaded with 20kg plates.

    Why do I want to do them - They have potential to be the mechanically best exercise for the lats - if you can figure it out then it is another exercise in your arsenal. I am definitely limited on exercise selection, the more available to me that I can progress on for a long period of time the better
