    What sub do you eat?

    I usually get a foot long roasted chicken sub, eat half for lunch and save the other half for later. What about you guys? I am currently typing this while Im eating my sub, and I just bit into something fucking hard like a bone..... wtf? :(

    Less weight more reps? or more weight less reps?

    So from my understanding, lifting less weights and more reps helps to tone but lifting more weight and a reasonable amount of reps helps to bulk up. Is this true? or only half true? Also, I have this annoying habit of clenching my teeth when lifting a really heavy weight and this kills my jaw...

    Hey guys, Im a bit of a noob on this site. My PT at gym is suggesting not drinking my shakes with milk, what do you guys think? Also, I usually have 2 eggs in the morning on toast. I have em scrambled cuz im allergic to uncooked eggs for some reason. But my trainer advised not too have too...
