    Magic wake up shake

    It's just that when I looked up MPI I found that it is an 80:20 mix of casein and whey, so I thought that I might be able to replicate it myself. Failing that, I suspect that the Calcium Caseinate would be the best match for what you are trying to achieve with that pre-bed meal, am I right?

    Hi Fadi Thanks for going to the effort of putting this together, it looks great. I work nightshift, and usually get up at 5pm before training at 6. Should I be waiting until after the workout to have my breakfast, and simply having the preworkout shake beforehand?
