    Chronic Back Pain

    Chronic lower back pain. Haven't squatted or deadlifted in 8 weeks. Pain still there. Not very sharp pain, the pain itself is not the problem, i just want to be able to squat and deadlift soon. Any good physios in sydney that ppl recommend for this sort of stuff? What can i do in the mean...

    Cheapest gym flooring

    How much would the cheapest gym flooring be? And where would i get it? Doesn't have to be good quality, can be dodgy / second hand --> after all, it's just going into my garage gym. Thanks. EDIT: bumper plates are going to be dropped on them...from overhead.

    squat rack

    Dont have room at my place. only a garage. was wondering if such a squat rack would be ok SST Pair of Adjustable Barbell Stands with safety support as I could easily pack them away...and park my car back. All of which would be impossible with a powerrack.
