    If by real food you only refer to meat and fruit/veg then yes I am mistaken because I also buy things like yoghurt, milk, cheese, bread, eggs etc.. and I'll admit that I may throw in some ice cream and/or chocolate or something too...     25 bux for jack3d isnt overpriced its one of the cheapest out there. And have you used it leachy? It doesn't suck IMO but yes it is necessary.. 50 bucks isnt a whole lot of food bro dunno about you but I spend about 4-5x that a week on food for me and the mrs.

    3 hours sleep was just an example... Just like you shrek I haven't been bothered to make my own pre workout.. If I used alot of it I probably would, but 2 tubs of jacked for 50 bux isn't that expensive considering I dont use it alot it lasts a loong time.

    I find bench more impressive than bent over rows.. Anyone can row heavy using bad form, whereas if you load up too much on the bench bring it down to your chest your not going to get it up.

    Stretching

    I never stretch for sport or exercise, only weights, and I have never had any injuries whatsoever. Ive heard its not good to stretch before warming up and it could lead to injury.. I'm just going to warm up and skip the stretches next time I lift and see how it feels.

    I warmup 5-10 min on the bike 2-3 warm up sets starting with the bar and increasing to around 60% max stretch before working sets. thats all I do.
